What does it mean ‘Living in the moment?’
I thought the following might give you something to think about.
Honour the present moment, give it your full attention and don’t waste time thinking about the past. The joy of being is hard to master. It requires attention, discipline and practise.
Withdraw your attention from past or future. Free yourself from you own mind and start enjoying what’s important.
My grandmother used to say – “Enjoy life now, and stop worrying, because everything works itself out for the best”.
It’s ok to dream about the future, it’s ok to think of your past achievements, but it’s not ok to be trapped in a circle of thoughts that have nothing to do with our current reality.
